High-Intensity Rapid Instruction
A concentrated seven-session program delivered in one week. Ideal for institutions needing targeted support immediately before a major exam, midterm, or departmental assessment. Maximum focus, minimum time.
Progressive Unit Mastery — 14 Days
The most frequently requested format. Two weeks of intensive instruction covering a complete unit of organic chemistry — ideal for full-semester support starting at the beginning of a course or for a focused mid-semester rebuild.
Deep-Dive Foundation — 21 Days
Three weeks of structured instruction designed to build or rebuild a complete semester foundation. Appropriate for cohorts who need intensive support from the first week of class through their first major exam cycle.
Premium Full-Scope — 28 Days
The most comprehensive institutional engagement. Four weeks spanning an entire course unit — from foundational concepts through exam preparation. Includes breakout small groups, session recordings, and monthly progress reporting.

Custom Proposal Delivered
Within 5 business days of the discovery call, you receive a written proposal — program structure, session schedule, deliverables, add-ons, and pricing. Custom to your institution.
Contract & Onboarding
Upon agreement, a partnership contract is signed and onboarding begins — student enrollment, platform access, material distribution, and pre-program orientation for both faculty and students.
Program Delivery
Kess leads every live session. Your institution receives participation data, student engagement summaries, and a post-program debrief with recommendations for continued support.
