Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy
Punctuality & Late Arrival
- Students are expected to be present and ready at the confirmed session start time.
- A 10-minute grace period is provided at the start of each session.
- Arrivals after 10 minutes are marked as a Late Arrival and treated as a No-Show. No additional time is added to the session.
- The full session fee is owed regardless of remaining session time.
- If no communication is received within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session is automatically classified as a No-Call / No-Show (see Section 3).
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email or text message. Verbal messages through third parties are not accepted.

No-Call / No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend a session without prior communication is a No-Call / No-Show.
- A 100% session charge applies and must be paid before the next appointment is scheduled.
- After two no-shows, KhemWithKess LLC reserves the right to discontinue services without refund.
Payment Expectations
- All sessions must be paid in full before the session begins, unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by KhemWithKess LLC.
- Access to Google Drive materials, recordings, worksheets, or any digital resources will not be released until payment is received.
- Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal, and ACH bank transfer. No Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle.
- Payment plans require a minimum 25% deposit at signing. Remaining balances are processed automatically via Square per the agreed schedule.
- Failure to maintain a payment plan schedule is treated as a late payment and is subject to the late fee structure in Section 5.
Late Payment — Individual Students
The following structure applies when a written payment plan is in place or when an invoiced session package remains unpaid past the agreed due date. It does not apply to the $80 Strategy Session or pre-paid session bookings, which are collected at booking.

| Day 6 past due | A $25 flat late fee is added to the outstanding balance. Sessions scheduled during this period will not be confirmed until payment is received. |
| Days 6–14 past due | A daily accrual of 0.10% per day is applied to the outstanding balance in addition to the Day-6 flat fee. |
| Day 15 past due | All sessions are paused. No new sessions are scheduled or confirmed until the full outstanding balance — including all accrued fees — is paid in full. |
| Day 30 past due | Referred for collection. Student is responsible for the full outstanding balance plus any collection costs incurred. |
Packages & Bundles
- Session packages and bundles are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
- Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another student.
- Packages must be used within the term specified at time of purchase. Expired sessions are forfeited and are not eligible for refund or credit.
- Package sessions may not be split, shared, or applied toward services not included in the original package scope.
Refund Policy — Unused Bundled Sessions
If a bundled package is purchased and not all sessions are used, remaining unused sessions may qualify for a partial refund under all of the following conditions:
- A written cancellation request must be submitted to khemwithkess@zohomail.com within 14 business days of the last completed session.
- Refunds apply to unused sessions only. Completed sessions are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- A $75 administrative processing fee is deducted from all approved refunds.
- The initial deposit (25% of package value) is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after the request is approved.
How your refund is calculated
An email confirmation will be sent detailing the refund calculation and processing timeline once the request is reviewed and approved.
Digital Products
- All digital products — video content, recordings, templates, practice sets, summary sheets, and downloads — are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital access.
- Students are encouraged to review product descriptions and previews before purchasing.
- Refunds for digital products are granted only in cases of verified technical errors or accidental duplicate purchases. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with proof of transaction to khemwithkess@zohomail.com.
Membership Subscriptions
- Membership subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Members may cancel at any time. Access remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted to khemwithkess@zohomail.com before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.
Emergency Clause
Documented emergencies — hospitalization, severe illness, or verified family emergencies — may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of KhemWithKess LLC. Supporting documentation may be requested. KhemWithKess LLC is not obligated to grant exceptions and each case is evaluated individually.
Intellectual Property & Professional Conduct
- All educational materials, recordings, worksheets, templates, practice sets, summary sheets, and videos are the sole intellectual property of KhemWithKess LLC and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or reproduced without express written permission.
- Unauthorized recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
- Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Georgia. This applies to all students regardless of their state of residence.
By scheduling, purchasing, or attending any service with KhemWithKess LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies stated in this document. These terms apply to all current and future services unless updated in writing by KhemWithKess LLC. Updates will be posted at KhemWithKess.com with a revised effective date.
