Attendance, Cancellation, Payment & Refund Policy
Effective for all tutoring sessions, consultations, packages, digital products, and memberships.
At KhemWithKess, LLC, we aim to provide high-quality, structured educational support while honoring time, preparation, and professionalism for both students and instructors. Please review the policies below carefully.
1. Punctuality & Late Arrival
Clients are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions.
A 10-minute grace period is provided.
Arrivals after 10 minutes will be marked as a Late Arrival / No-Show.
No additional time will be added to the session.
Full session payment is required, regardless of remaining time.
If no communication is received within 10 minutes, the session is classified as a no-call/no-show (see Section 3).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
Requests must be made via email or text. Verbal messages through third parties are not accepted.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: full session fee is forfeited.
Same-day cancellations: full session fee is forfeited and must be repaid before booking another session.
Habitual last-minute cancellations (3 or more within a 30–60 day period) may result in:
Suspension of booking privileges
Increased session pricing
Removal from the program

3. No-Call / No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a session without communication prior to the start time is considered a no-call/no-show.
A 100% session charge applies and must be paid before the next appointment.
After two no-shows, KhemWithKess, LLC reserves the right to discontinue services.
4. Consultation Rescheduling Fee
Consultations (intro calls, academic evaluations, planning meetings) may be rescheduled one time with proper 24-hour notice.
Any additional rescheduling or less than 24 hours’ notice requires a $25 rescheduling fee.
The fee must be paid before the new consultation time is confirmed.
5. Payment Expectations
All sessions must be paid in full before the session begins, unless a written payment arrangement has been approved.
Access to Google Drive materials, recordings, worksheets, or videos will not be released until payment is received.
Invoices unpaid after 24 hours may incur a $35 late invoice fee.
6. Packages & Bundles
Session packages and bundles are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another student.
7. Refund Policy for Unused Bundled Sessions
If a bundled package is purchased and not all sessions are used, the remaining unused sessions may qualify for a partial refund.
Refunds are processed 10–14 business days after the final completed session.
Refunds do not apply to:
Sessions forfeited due to late cancellations
No-call/no-show sessions
Sessions expired due to package expiration
Any applied discounts, promotions, bonuses, or free sessions may be prorated or voided when calculating the refund amount.
An email confirmation will be sent detailing the refund calculation and processing timeline.
8. Emergency Clause
Documented emergencies (hospitalization, severe illness, or verified family emergencies) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approval is granted at the sole discretion of KhemWithKess, LLC.
9. Professional Conduct & Intellectual Property
Disrespectful behavior, unauthorized recording, or misuse of materials will result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
All educational materials, recordings, worksheets, templates, and videos are the intellectual property of KhemWithKess, LLC and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.
10. Acknowledgment of Agreement
By scheduling, purchasing, or attending any service with KhemWithKess, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies stated above. These terms apply to all future services unless updated in writing.
Digital Products & Membership Refund Policy
Digital Products
All digital products (including video content, recordings, templates, and downloads) are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital access.
Clients are encouraged to review product descriptions, previews, and any free samples before purchasing.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are granted only in cases of technical errors, such as accidental duplicate purchases.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include proof of transaction.
Membership Subscriptions
Membership subscription payments are non-refundable.
Members may cancel at any time; access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
Technical Support
If you experience issues accessing purchased content or memberships, support is available to assist promptly.
